Criminal Court Cases
Your case may be in Criminal Court after being heard in General Sessions Court, or it could proceed directly to criminal court. There are several steps once your case is in the jurisdiction of the Criminal Court. Kylene Ross can help you by representing you at arraignment, or appearing as your lawyer as your case is set for another hearing date. Once you are represented by Kylene. Ross, she will begin to work on your case by obtaining discovery documents that details the evidence held against you, and filing on your behalf. You will have a settlement date set, and before that date the evidence in your case will be reviewed thoroughly. Kylene Ross will negotiate with the State on your behalf, and if an agreement can be met then your case will be disposed of at the settlement hearing. If an agreement cannot be made, Kylene Ross will set your case for a trial.
